Methodology
Gary Hoffman Coaching exists to coach current and future healthcare leaders. After being certified at the esteemed Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, our team continues to use the methodology adopted during certification. Instead of being focused on fixing problems and providing solutions, the Hudson methodology focuses on broader developmental goals and lasting change. Using a holistic perspective of the client within their systems, we work alongside of the client to establish aspirational goals that go deeper than any specific problem. We discover the inner and outer obstacles and develop and execute a plan that “hardwires” the changes for use not just in the current moment, but into the future as well.
